Coldwell Banker Premier Announces Top Sales Agents for August
Coldwell Banker Premier is pleased to announce the firm’s top producers for the Rehoboth and Lewes Offices for the month of August. For the Lewes office, the top listing agent and overall agent was Julie Gritton. The top selling agent was Kellie Bergen. The top team for listing, selling and overall was the Julie Gritton Team. For the Rehoboth office, the top listing agent was Hal Blades. The top selling agent was Skip Faust. The top overall agent was Beth Dorman.
Julie Gritton, ABR® , CRS®, SRS®, is a licensed REALTOR® for over 20 years in the local Sussex County Community. Julie has extensive real estate experience in Beach Properties including both sales and rentals which distinguishes her from the competition. Along with her immense experience she has also received awards including, Sussex County Good Neighbor Award, Winner of the Bill Vernon Pillar CB award, Global Luxury Certification, President’s Circle award, the Diamond award, Top Producer and Best of Zillow. Julie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Associates Degree in Marketing which helps her clients have the best marketing strategies. Giving back to the community is very important to Gritton as she dedicates her time to many local charities and donates a portion of every real estate commission to a cause from St. Jude's Childrens Hospital, Animal Rescues, the Food Bank of Delaware, and more she is always involved in giving to her local community.
Kellie Bergen, was licensed in Delaware in 2021, having previously been licensed in Maryland. Kellie moved from the Washington Metropolitan Area to the Eastern Shore in 1984. Kellie and her husband, Ed Bergen moved to Lewes in 2009. Ed is retired from the Navy and together they volunteer for the needs of Veterans through the American Legion in Lewes. Ed served as the Commander for five years and Kellie is currently the President of the Lewes Unit and the Chaplain for the Department of Delaware American Legion Auxiliary. "DelmarvaKellie" has had sand in her shoes or between her toes all of her life and enjoys guiding clients through the home buying process and helping sellers market their "Delmarvelous" property.
Hal Blades was licensed in 2007 and moved to Coldwell Banker Premier in the summer of 2022 following his move to Lewes in 2021 with his wife to be closer to their daughter. Together he and his wife have three children and four grandchildren. His roots are here in Delaware having lived here most of his life except for when attending college in Maryland and living in Crisfield for a short time afterwards. Hal went into the Delaware State Police academy in 1981 and completed a 25 year career accomplishing a few first along the way. Along with 3 other troopers he became the first Statewide Paramedic assigned to the Aviation Section and one of the first School Resource Officers assigned at Lake Forest High School. He has been a member of the Harrington Fire company for over 50 years. Hal prides himself on being loyal to his clients, always putting their needs and desires first.
Beth Dorman, a Certified Residential Specialist, E-Pro, Certified Distressed Property Specialist and Certified Short sale and Foreclosure Resource has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1999. She is past President for the Sussex County Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors. She is past Governor for the State of Delaware Women’s Council of Realtors. Beth was certified as a Global Luxury Specialist in 2022, a designation specifically tailored to marketing and properly representing unique upscale real estate listings. Beth is a native of Sussex County, having lived in the beach area since 1978. She is a Cape Henlopen High School and Delaware Technical Community College graduate.
Skip Faust, a Lewes native and Cape Henlopen High School alum, graduated from the University of Delaware Business School with a degree in Marketing Management.
