Beth Smiley of the Coldwell Banker Rental Team is originally from Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, but grew up spending summers in the Lewes area. Over time, this tradition continued as Beth would spend as much time as possible at the Beaches with her husband and two sons.
A graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, before getting into real estate Beth taught Culinary Arts at a vocational high school in Chester County, Pennsylvania for almost 30 years. In October 2020, Beth and her husband achieved their dream of becoming full-time residents of the beach. It was then she joined Coldwell Banker Premier, first as an administrative assistant to the rental department before transitioning to her role as a rental agent in March of 2021.
In her spare time, Beth enjoys cooking, gardening, and volunteering at the Historic Lewes Farmer's Market.
