Coldwell Banker Premier Officially Launches Community Outreach Program

Coldwell Banker Premier is pleased to announce the official launch of their Community Outreach Program, named the C3 (Coldwell Community Care) Program.

The program has been a work in progress over the course of several months, initiated by Director of Marketing and Technology, Tyler Smiley, and company President Kathy Newcomb. It is Smiley and Newcomb's hope that agents and staff in the company take advantage of this opportunity to give back to their local communities in a way they have not been able to before.

"I'm a big believer that business isn't just about making money. It's also about using the platform it gives  you to make a difference," Smiley said of the program.

The C3 Program will be made of two branches - a community service branch and monetary donations branch. At the time of launch, the community service branch has already hosted one event - a beach cleanup during the month of August.

Coldwell Banker anticipates the monetary donation branch of the program to begin in 2022, once they have compiled a list of non-profits and other service organizations they can assist with the donation.

"We are excited to have this program finally up and running, and to see the positive impact we can have as realtors in the areas we serve," company COO Bruce Plummer added.

The name C3 Program was voted on by the company, and submitted by Rehoboth Sales Agent Nitan Soni.
